A standard first fitting takes around 15–20 minutes. This includes taking all your measurements, choosing your fabric and lining, and discussing the style details — collar type, buttons, pockets, and so on. Larger orders such as wedding party suits may take a little longer.

Wear close-fitting clothing — a thin t-shirt and slim trousers are ideal. Avoid bulky jumpers or thick jeans. If you plan to wear a specific shirt under your suit, bring it along so we can account for the extra layer in the measurements.

Most suits and garments are completed within 24–48 hours. For more complex orders — such as full wedding party sets or heavily customised pieces — we may need 3–5 days. We always confirm the timeline at your fitting so there are no surprises.

Yes, a deposit is typically required to confirm your order and begin work. The remaining balance is paid upon collection of your finished garment. Your tailor will confirm the deposit amount at your fitting.

Because every garment is made to your specific measurements and specifications, we are unable to offer refunds once work has begun. However, we will always alter the garment until you are completely satisfied. Please see our full Refund & Returns Policy for details.
